1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website venisportsgloves.com/ (the “Website”) and the products and services supplied by VENI SPORTS GLOVES™ (“we”, “us” or “our”), including OEM manufacturing, private-label production, customized goalkeeper gloves and international sales.
By using the Website, submitting an inquiry, accepting a quotation or proforma invoice, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it, and “you” and “the customer” then include that organization.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and International Shipping Policy, which are available through the footer of this website. If you and we have signed a separate written agreement, that agreement prevails over these Terms to the extent they conflict. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.
2. About VENI SPORTS GLOVES™
VENI SPORTS GLOVES™ is a manufacturer and exporter of goalkeeper gloves based in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. We work with international brands, sports businesses, distributors and entrepreneurs developing their own goalkeeper glove brands, and we specialize in OEM, private-label and customized goalkeeper gloves.
Our contact details are shown in the section “Contact Information” at the end of these Terms.
3. Products and Manufacturing Services
We design, develop and manufacture goalkeeper gloves, and we offer related services such as design development, sampling, customization, branding, private-label packaging, quality control, export packing and shipping coordination.
Designs shown in our collection are starting points that we can develop around your brand, specification and target market. Unless a quotation says otherwise, they are available as OEM or private-label products and not as ready-to-sell retail stock. Minimum order quantities, specifications, prices and schedules are confirmed in your quotation. Our products and services are intended for business customers. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that a customer may have under applicable mandatory consumer laws.
4. Product Specifications and Customization
Each order is built from a specification that you confirm. Depending on the design and your requirements, the specification can cover:
- Palm latex selection: the type and grade of latex used on the palm.
- Backhand materials: the materials, colors and finishes used on the back of the glove.
- Glove cuts and construction: the cut style and the way the glove is built and stitched.
- Foam thickness and lamination: the thickness of the palm foam and how layers are laminated.
- Wrist closures and straps: the type of closure, strap and cuff.
- Silicone printing, embossing and other design features: silicone prints, embossing, screen printing and other decoration methods.
- Logos, branding and packaging: your logos, labels, hangtags, boxes and other packaging.
Availability of materials and options depends on technical feasibility, material supply and order quantity. A specification becomes binding when it is confirmed in writing, for example in a technical specification, quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation. Changes after confirmation may affect the price and the schedule and may not always be possible.
Goalkeeper gloves are sports equipment. Grip, durability and wear depend on factors such as playing surface, weather, frequency of use and care, and gloves naturally wear with use. Playing sport always involves a risk of injury, and gloves cannot remove that risk.
5. Quotations and Order Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry through the Website, by email or by messaging application is a request for information and a quotation. It is not an order. The inquiry reference we may send you is for identification only.
A quotation states the products, specifications, quantities, prices, payment terms and other terms we offer. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it, and we may update or withdraw it before it is accepted, for example if material costs or specifications change. We may correct clear errors in a quotation.
A binding order is formed when we confirm your order in writing, for example by an order confirmation or an accepted proforma invoice, and any payment due at that stage has been received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Artwork, Designs, and Customer Approval
You are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, logos, colors, text, sizes, size breakdowns, placements, labels and packaging details, and all other specifications, before production starts. Please check spelling, trademark symbols, Pantone or color references, positions and dimensions carefully.
- Your written approval, including by email, authorizes production on that basis.
- We are not responsible for errors, omissions or unwanted results in artwork, text or specifications that you supplied or approved.
- We may point out technical problems we notice, but we do not check your artwork for legal, linguistic or commercial correctness.
- Colors seen on screens or printouts may differ from the finished materials. Digital mock-ups and renderings are illustrative.
- Changes after approval may involve additional cost and delay and may not be possible once production has started.
7. Samples and Material Selection
Samples let you evaluate construction, materials, fit and decoration before bulk production. Sample charges and sample shipping costs, if any, are stated in your quotation. A sample you approve in writing serves as the reference for the bulk order, together with the confirmed specification.
Natural and manufactured materials, including latex, foam and fabrics, can show minor variations between batches, and bulk production is made within normal manufacturing tolerances. Where a material you selected becomes unavailable, we will propose a suitable alternative for your approval.
8. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices depend on the materials, specifications, customization, quantities and packaging you choose. The price for your order is stated in the quotation or proforma invoice, in the currency shown there.
Payment arrangements, including any advance payment, balance payment, accepted payment methods and timing, must be agreed in the quotation or proforma invoice. Bank and transfer charges are handled as stated there. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include import duties, taxes and clearance charges in the destination country.
We may delay production or shipment until payments due under the agreed terms have been received. If you change the specification, quantity or packaging after confirmation, the price may be adjusted by agreement.
9. Production and Lead Times
Production time depends on the quantity, the specification, the availability of materials, the speed of sample and artwork approvals, and the timing of payments. Lead times stated by us are estimates, and are not guaranteed unless we confirm a date in writing in your order confirmation. The production period normally starts only when the order is confirmed, the required payment is received and the required approvals are given.
Delays in approvals, payments or information from you, or changes you request, can extend the schedule. We will inform you if we expect a material delay. Production time is separate from shipping time, as explained in our International Shipping Policy.
10. Product Quality and Inspection
We carry out quality control checks during production and before shipment. You may request an inspection of your order, by yourself or through a third-party inspector, if this is agreed with us in advance and takes place before dispatch, at your cost.
Please inspect the goods when you receive them. If something is not as confirmed, please follow the process described in our Return & Refund Policy and report visible issues preferably within 7 calendar days after receipt. This does not limit any mandatory legal rights.
11. Packaging and Private-Label Branding
We produce packaging and branding as specified in your confirmed order. This may include hangtags, labels, polybags, glove bags, retail boxes, barcodes and export cartons. We apply your branding only as you have specified and authorized.
Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you are responsible for making sure that the content of labels and packaging, such as care labels, country-of-origin marks, importer details, barcodes and any required safety or regulatory marks, meets the requirements of the countries where you will sell the products.
12. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs
Shipping methods, charges, delivery arrangements and trade terms such as EXW, FOB and DAP are confirmed for each order in the quotation and order confirmation, as explained in our International Shipping Policy. The agreed trade term determines who arranges transport, who bears risk at each stage, and who is responsible for customs formalities.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Subject to the agreed delivery terms and applicable law, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and other destination-country charges, and for the import documents your country requires.
13. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because our products are customized and made to order, they generally cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind or design preference. Goods that arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed specification should be reported to sales@venisportsgloves.com as described in our Return & Refund Policy, which also explains how cancellation requests are handled at different production stages. Each case is reviewed on the confirmed specifications, the evidence provided and the applicable terms. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory legal rights.
14. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer you agree to:
- provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including delivery and importer details;
- review and approve specifications, artwork, samples and documents promptly;
- make payments in line with the agreed terms;
- provide the documents and information needed for export, import and customs clearance;
- comply with the laws that apply to your purchase, import, labeling, marketing and resale of the products, including trade sanctions and export or import restrictions;
- inspect goods on receipt and report issues promptly; and
- keep any private inquiry link or account information we give you confidential.
We may decline, suspend or cancel an order where the law requires it or where we reasonably believe the order or its use would breach applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
Our materials. Except for customer-provided materials, the intellectual property in the Website, our name and logos, our product photographs and our standard designs, patterns and catalog content belongs to VENI SPORTS GLOVES™ or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission. Ownership or exclusivity of custom patterns, templates or tooling developed for a particular project is as agreed in writing.
Your materials. You must have the necessary rights or authorization to provide any logos, artwork, designs, trademarks and other materials that you send us for production. You confirm that our use of them to produce, label, pack and ship your order will not infringe the rights of any third party. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property, and we use your materials only to fulfil your order. You grant us the limited permission needed to do so.
You are responsible for claims by third parties arising from materials you provide, and, to the extent the law allows, you agree to compensate us for losses arising from such claims. We may decline or stop production where we reasonably believe that materials infringe third-party rights or involve counterfeit goods.
16. Website Content and Product Information
The Website provides general information about our company, designs and services. Product images, colors, specifications, design codes, availability and descriptions are illustrative. They may be updated, changed or removed without notice and may differ from the final product. The confirmed specification and quotation for your order determine what we supply.
We try to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, interruptions or omissions. Please do not misuse the Website, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or copy its content without permission. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for those websites.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or opportunity, including in connection with resale of the products;
- our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid us for the products or services affected by the claim;
- we are not liable for delays or losses caused by customs authorities, carriers or events outside our control, for loss or damage that occurs after risk has passed to you under the agreed trade terms, or for errors in artwork, text or specifications that you supplied or approved.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any mandatory right you may have.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, export or import restrictions, sanctions, border or port closures, carrier disruption and failures of power, transport or communication systems, but payment obligations for goods already produced remain.
The affected party will tell the other as soon as reasonably possible and work to limit the effect. If the event continues for a long time, the parties will discuss reasonable alternatives, including a revised schedule or cancellation of the affected part of an order.
19. Privacy and Personal Information
We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is available through the footer of this website. By using the Website or contacting us, you acknowledge that policy.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date and apply to the use of the Website from that date. For an order, the Terms in force when we confirm the order apply, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute connected with them or with an order are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you and to the final contractual arrangements agreed in writing between you and us.
If a disagreement arises, please first write to us at sales@venisportsgloves.com so that we can try to resolve it in good faith. If it cannot be resolved this way, it will be resolved as set out in the contract agreed between the parties or, where none is agreed, before the competent courts or other forum with jurisdiction under the laws of Pakistan.
General provisions
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms are written in English, and the English version prevails over any translation.
