It applies when you visit the Website, submit an inquiry, request a quotation or sample, place an order, or communicate with us by email, telephone or messaging applications.
Most of our customers are businesses. Where you contact us on behalf of a company, the personal information we hold is usually that of the individual representatives of that company, and this policy applies to that information. By using the Website or contacting us, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

Billing details, invoice and proforma invoice records, payment confirmations, transaction references and the name of the paying person or company. Where you pay through a bank or a third-party payment provider, that organization collects and processes the payment details you enter on its own systems. Please do not send full payment card numbers to us by email or through the Website inquiry form.
Technical information
Like most websites, our web server and hosting environment may record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. Where cookies or similar technologies are used, they are described in the section “Cookies and Website Technologies” below.

- Improving the Website, our product information and our services.
We use your information only for purposes that are compatible with the reasons for which it was provided, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
4. Payment Information and Third-Party Payment Providers
Payment arrangements for each order are set out in the quotation or proforma invoice we send you. Depending on the arrangement, payment may be made by bank transfer or through a third-party payment provider, payment gateway or bank, where one is made available.
When you pay through a third-party provider, your payment details are handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We generally receive only the information needed to confirm and reconcile the payment, such as the payer name, amount, currency, status and transaction reference. We do not control how third-party providers handle your information, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
To help protect you against payment fraud, please confirm any change of our bank details with us directly at sales@venisportsgloves.com before making a payment.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only where it is needed to run our business and serve you, and only to the extent necessary, with:

- Payment providers and banks that process or confirm payments and refunds.
- Website, hosting, email and technology service providers that help us operate the Website and send emails.
- Suppliers and production partners where this is required to produce your order, for example specifications or artwork needed for production.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and legal advisers, under duties of confidentiality.
- Public authorities, including customs, tax and law-enforcement authorities, where we are required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.
- A successor business if all or part of our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy continuing to apply to your information.
Your logos, artwork and specifications are used to fulfil your order and are not made available to other customers.
6. International Data Transfers
We are based in Pakistan and work with customers in many countries. Your information may therefore be transferred to, stored in and accessed from Pakistan and from other countries where our customers, couriers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, payment providers and service providers are located. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws of your own country.
When we transfer personal information across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in line with this Privacy Policy and, where the law requires specific safeguards for international transfers, we will put those safeguards in place. By contacting us or placing an order, you understand that your information may be transferred as described here.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal and business information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure. These include limiting access to information to people who need it for their work and using secure communication channels where reasonably available.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we give you a private link to view your inquiry, please keep that link confidential. If you believe your information has been compromised or misused, please contact us immediately.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal and business information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, including:
- handling your inquiry, quotation, sample or order and any related support or claims;
- meeting accounting, tax, customs, export and other legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements;
- resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements; and
- keeping a record of our business relationship, where this remains useful and lawful.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it, unless we are required by law to keep it. Private inquiry links we provide are valid for a limited period only.
9. Cookies and Website Technologies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, can also store small amounts of information on your device.
Our Website uses browser storage to remember the designs you add to your inquiry list while you browse, so that your selection is still there when you move between pages or return later. This list is kept in your own browser and is sent to us only when you choose to submit an inquiry. WordPress, the system that runs the Website, may also set cookies that are necessary for website administration, security and logged-in users.
We may also record technical visit information as described in the section “Information We Collect”. If we introduce analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.
You can control or delete cookies and stored data through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting them may affect features such as the inquiry list.
10. Customer Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have the right to:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your personal information;
- ask us to restrict or object to certain uses of your information;
- request a copy of your information in a portable format; and
- withdraw your consent where we rely on consent, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
To make a request, email us at sales@venisportsgloves.com and describe what you would like us to do. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may decline or limit a request where the law allows or requires us to do so, for example where we must keep records for tax, customs or legal reasons, and we will explain our reasons. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your country.
11. Marketing Communications
Where the law permits, we may contact business customers and inquirers by email, telephone or messaging applications with information about our products, collections and OEM services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying to the message or by emailing sales@venisportsgloves.com.
Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages that relate to an inquiry or order, such as quotations, order confirmations, shipping notices and support replies.
12. Third-Party Websites
The Website may link to third-party websites and services, such as our social media pages, courier tracking pages and payment pages. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit. If you contact us through messaging applications such as WhatsApp, the provider of that application processes your messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our Website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our services or applicable law. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or our services after an update means you accept the updated policy, where the law permits.
