SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT WORKFLOW

From your concept to an approved goalkeeper glove

Sample development is where your product concept becomes a physical glove, developed around your technical requirements, performance expectations, design identity and target cost, with a clear reference established before bulk manufacturing.

  1. 01

    Requirement Analysis

We begin by understanding your brand, target market, intended performance level, preferred construction, material requirements, size range, branding, packaging and target price. Development can start from a technical pack, reference glove, artwork, sketches or an initial concept.

  2. 02

    Technical Design & Material Selection

We confirm the cut, palm latex, thickness, backhand, finger gussets, wrist closure, sizing, colors and branding. Our four series provide starting points that can be adapted to your product requirements.

  3. 03

    Prototype Development

Once specifications are confirmed, we prepare the patterns, cut the components, coordinate the required branding processes and assemble the physical sample.

  4. 04

    Internal Sample Inspection

Before dispatch, we check appearance, construction, stitching, dimensions, palm application, component placement and finishing. Any identified issues are reviewed for correction.

  5. 05

    Customer Review & Refinement

Your team evaluates the sample and gives feedback on fit, comfort, grip preference, flexibility, design, branding and construction. We use the agreed feedback to refine the product where necessary.

  6. 06

    Final Sample Approval

Following the required revisions, the final sample and technical details are confirmed with you. The approved reference becomes the basis for the bulk-production specification.

  7. 07

    Production Handover

After written approval and commercial confirmation, the approved sample specifications are transferred to production planning, aligning materials, construction, branding, sizing and finishing with your approved product.
