Incoming Material Inspection
Palm latex, backhand materials, fabrics and other components are checked against the relevant project specifications. Material condition, visible defects and consistency are important considerations before components proceed to production.

Cutting & Component Accuracy
Glove components are prepared according to the selected construction and approved pattern. Correct dimensions, component identification and material condition help support accurate assembly and consistent glove shape.

Stitching & Assembly Checks
Stitching, finger construction, gussets, thumb assembly, seam alignment and wrist closures are important inspection points. Attention to these details supports conformity with the approved glove construction.

Finished Glove Inspection
Finished gloves are checked for relevant dimensions, visible material defects, stitching, palm condition, backhand appearance, wrist closure, branding and overall finish.

Branding & Packaging Verification
Customer-specific logos, colors, labels, size identification and packaging are checked against the agreed requirements. Final order preparation includes verification of product models, sizes and quantities.

Defect Identification & Correction
Products requiring further attention are identified and assessed for appropriate correction, rework or rejection. Reviewing recurring defects can help improve manufacturing consistency.
